Worklog Ledger for Jira

Log work in a fast weekly calendar and turn Jira worklogs into client-ready billing reports.

Add to Chrome — it's free to try

Available now on the Chrome Web Store.

Weekly calendar

Your worklogs on a Monday-to-Sunday grid. Add, edit, duplicate and delete entries without leaving the page. Copy last week in one click.

Review before upload

New worklogs are staged locally first. Push them to Jira when you're ready — every failure is visible and retryable, nothing is lost silently.

Billing reports

Pick a date range, map projects to clients, set hourly rates, and export an invoice-ready CSV — hours × rate, entry by entry.

No server, no admin

Runs entirely in your browser against Jira's own REST API. No backend, no data collection, no Marketplace admin approval needed.

How it works

Worklog Ledger uses your existing Jira Cloud browser session (or an API token you provide) to read and write worklogs directly — the same way Jira's own UI does. Settings, client mappings and rates are stored in your browser's extension storage. Nothing touches a third-party server.

Built to be trusted

Extensions that touch your Jira deserve scrutiny, so Worklog Ledger keeps the surface auditable:

Pricing

The calendar is free, forever. Billing reports with rates and CSV export are part of the report plan after a 14-day full-featured trial. Only the person running the reports pays — not every Jira user on your site.

Early access: checkout is not open yet, so nothing is locked — everyone who installs now keeps the report features unlocked, and the 14-day trial only starts on the day the plan goes live. Leave your email below if you want to hear about it then.

Calendar — free

Weekly worklog grid, staged push with visible errors, copy last week, keyboard navigation. Free forever.

Report plan — $7/month

Per reporting seat. Client & rate mapping, grouped summaries, invoice-ready CSV export. 14-day full trial, cancel anytime.

Checkout opens with the public launch — unlocked for early users until then.

FAQ

How does the license work?

After checkout, open the extension's Settings and enter the email you used at purchase — paid features unlock instantly. No account, no password.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email (Paddle is our payment provider), or just write to support@cemayan.com and we'll handle it. Cancelling keeps paid features until the end of the billing period.

Is my Jira data safe?

It never leaves your browser. The extension talks only to your own Jira Cloud site; there's no backend and no analytics. The code is open source.

Tempo? Jira Data Center?

Not yet — the extension reads native Jira Cloud worklogs today. Tempo interop and Data Center support are on the roadmap; tell us if you need them and you'll bump the priority.
