If you're not happy with the report plan, we'll refund your first payment in full — no questions asked — for requests made within 14 days of your first charge. Since the paid features also come with a 14-day free trial before any charge, you effectively get four weeks to decide risk-free.
Renewal payments are generally not refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used the paid features in the new period, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Reply to your Paddle receipt email or use the link in it to reach Paddle's buyer support, or contact us via the support contact on the product page — either way the refund is issued to your original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your country of residence, including EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights.
